Release Highlights

GroupDocs.Merger for .NET 24.9 enhances presentation and PDF merging workflows with support for PPSM format and advanced bookmark handling during PDF joins.

New Feature

  • PPSM Presentation Join Support: Added the ability to merge PowerPoint Show Macro-enabled (PPSM) files, improving compatibility for complex presentation workflows.

Enhancement

  • Expanded PDF Merge Options: Introduced PdfJoinOptions class with a UseBookmarks flag to automatically expand all bookmarks in the merged PDF output.

API Changes

  • New PdfJoinOptions Class:
    • Added to support new configuration for PDF merging.
    • Includes UseBookmarks property for auto-expanding bookmarks during joins.
  • Join Method Expanded: The Join() method of the Merger class now accepts PdfJoinOptions for PDF-specific join behavior.
